Cream Cheese Chicken Chili. I improvised on a couple steps but still came out great. I cooked it on the stove with precooked chicken strips, frozen corn, and I used ranch dressing since I didn't have package.
Crockpot Sante Fe Chicken - I use low fat cream cheese and use only half of what the recipe calls for and I add it in the last hour of cooking. I also add a package of taco seasoning depending on what I am using this filling for. I use this as a filling for tacos and enchiladas. So good. My family loves it. Freezes well too.
Cleverlyinspired: Angel Chicken...slow cooker, chicken breasts, mushrooms, butter, golden mushroom soup, white wine, cream cheese....about 5 hours in the crockpot....over brown rice and asparagus! YUMMMM!
Cream Cheese Chicken: 1/2 c butter 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup Italian dressing (bottle) 2 cans cream of chicken soup 4 oz cream cheese. Cook on low 6-8 hrs or on high 4-6 hrs. Shred chicken, then stir in cream cheese, cook 10 more mins. Serve over cooked rice or fettuccine noodles.
