I have 2 cherry trees (tart cherries), and 3 rhubarb plants. So...Cherry-rhubarb jam. Used 3.5-4 cups pitted cherries, 1.5 cups rhubarb, 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, and about a tablespoon or more candied/crystalized Ginger. Maybe 2.5 cups sugar. And NO butter. Yield = 2 full half pints (2; 8oz ball jars, the flat ones) to process, and 1 3/4 half pint to refrigerate to eat. Tastes great, but disappointed in the yield...
