Berry Picking Bucket  Here's my solution.  I took an empty galloon milk container, cut off the spout and continued cutting about halfway down the jug.   You don't want to pile too many berries on top of each other of they will get smashed.   I just thread a belt through the handle and put it around my waist.    Now I have two free hands and don't have to go far to drop the berries into the bucket.  Plus it's cheap.  I wash it out at the end of the picking and re-use it until the berry season…

natural bug spray  Brew a pot of coffee and let it cool. Pour into spray bottle and spray on plants. It freaks out the bugs and gives your plants (if they are the type that need it) a tiny shot of nitrogen.
