Chocolate Coconut Bars

Chocolate Coconut Bars - shredded unsweetened coconut, coconut oil, honey (sub another sweetener), kosher salt, chocolate chips (use sugar-free)

Coconut Protein Bread: Mix 1/2C coconut flour, 1 scoop vanilla whey & 1/2t baking powder in a bowl. If desired, break up 1 bar of SF chocolate (Or 1 Quest bar) & mix w/dry to prevent sinking. Blend 1/2C Greek yogurt (or applesauce), 1/4C stevia, 1/2C water, 1.5C LIQUID egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1t vanilla & 1/4t almond. Mix wet & dry. Spray a 9x5 pan w/coconut oil (batter will be runny). Sprinkle 1/4C coconut on top. Bake for 50-55min @ 350F. Boil for a few mins & let cool
