5 Element Qigong Practice - This is a full, 12 minute qigong session that includes practices for the elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water and their associated organs and meridians. Each element is demonstrated with some instructions, and repeated a few times. Once you have learned them it's a wonderful practice to do on your own.
One of the basic principles of feng shui is the principle of five elements, which are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. These feng shui elements interact between themselves in certain ways, generally defined as the Productive and Destructive cycles.
