10 minute sun-dried tomato pesto pasta (serves 2): Take 1/2 a box of Rotini and cook according to directions on package, drain. Add 4 tablespoons of Classico basil pesto and 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes (chopped) and toss until pasta is completely coated. I also added 1 large cubed baked chicken breast when I added the pesto and tomatoes. Enjoy!
