CHEESECAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese 1/2 c sugar 1 egg 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated choc chip cookies Oven to 350°F. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. In ungreased, 9 or 8 inch square pan, break up half of cookie dough. Press dough evenly in bottom of pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough. Crumble remaining half of dough over top. Bake 35 - 40 min, 'til golden & firm to touch. Cool about 30 min. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
