Double-sided Cot Quilt from the Dennis Cann Family, in the York Quilt Museum. Date: 1890-1900.   This double-sided cot quilt is made from different coloured printed cottons, and has an eight pointed central star with squares and rectangles on one side, and diamond mosaic patchwork design on the reverse.

Detail - Antique Chintz Quilt Top C 1830 Very Pretty Fabrics | eBay seller annacottage; unused, chintzes still have their glaze, all hand stitched, based on fabrics and patterns, seller is estimating it was made c. 1820; overall bright & clean appearance, some light brown water stains, 53" x 81".  [It's an odd looking quilt.  Don't know what to make of it.]
