Week Night Meal - Did not follow this recipe, just used picture. Zucchini Pasta (made using a spiralizer) or Spagetti Squash (baked not microwaved) with purchased pesto sauce. Season and cook turkey separately into crumbles (not the balls) and then put directly into "pasta". Not as pretty as this picture but much tastier with the turkey crumbled in later for the non-veg in your life. 15min.
