Peanut Butter Cup Shake - 1 c. of almond milk, 1 1/2 cups of almond milk ice cubes, 1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, 1 teaspoon glucomannan, 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of xylitol and a doonk of stevia. Blend together until creamy and then throw in a skinny chocolate peanut butter cup. I topped it with another skinny chocolate and the THM Caramel sauce on Pinterest
