Carbs, protein, and good fats!   - 1/4 onion sliced - 2 med zucchini sliced - 10 jumbo shrimp peeled/veined  - 1 tbsp. Organic butter  On Med hear: Melt butter - throw in onion and sauté 4 min - throw in zucchini and sauté until just before desired softness - throw in shrimp and turn heat to medium high - cook until shrimp is done  Enjoy! XO
