We love chicken chili, but our old recipe required a lot of prep and hours of simmering on the stove top. I put this together one morning in the crock pot, and we love coming home to a crock full of hot chili to enjoy with almost no prep! Leftovers freeze well, or we love to put the leftovers right into small containers to enjoy for lunches throughout the week.
Marinated chunks of grilled chicken breast served over a bed of lettuce with feta, fresh diced tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, black olives, red onions, parsley and dill tossed in olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
A cheater version of the classic, this Chili Relleno Casserole has layers of gooey cheese and peppers, with puffy clouds of baked eggs on top. So delicious. And crazy simple. Serve it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Cracker Barrel's Hashbrown Casserole...this was pretty good...made it for breakfast super bowl Sunday. I didn't put cut up onions in it just a lil powder. If someone who should remain nameless saw a onion in their food would have a tizzy fit...lol..this recipie does make A LOT so if you are making it for a small group cut the recipie in 1/2..
