Onion Cheese Soup-1 chopped onion, 3 T butter, 3 Flour, salt & pepper, 4 C milk, 2 C (8oz) shredded Colby cheese, Seasoned salad croutons: Saute onion in butter. Mix in flour, salt & pepper. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook & stir-2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve w/croutons & Parmesan.
