Ah rhubarb how I love thee! I made a rhubarb compote the other day (sweetened with a little honey) which was just crying out to be added to my porridge. It works really well with coconut - there's coconut milk and desiccated coconut in there. After running out a couple of weeks ago, a big bag of organic goji berries arrived in the post yesterday - yay!
