Cupcakes in a Jar. I made these cupcakes ahead for gifts and froze them in the baking pans about 2 weeks. Thawed them; unwrapped them after 3 or 4 hours; placed two in each 8oz jelly jar. They looked and tasted great! The freezing ahead made them very moist.
