USA, 1853-1857, wool dress  Dress; green, tan, and cream wool plaid, with bell sleeves. Rounded neckline with center front closure of ten hooks and eyes. Nine green thread covered buttons accent front closure. Bell sleeves with trim at cuff. Banded waist. Gathered full length skirt. Hem of skirt is bound with green tape. Bodice and sleeves are lined.
