Cowboy Casserole (Stovetop and Oven): 1/2 lb ground beef, 8 3/4 oz can drained whole kernel corn, 2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/3 cup milk, 2 T sour cream, 3/4 t onion powder, 1/4 t pepper and 2 cups frozen tater tots. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes in a 3-cup casserole dish. (Easily double-able to put in a 13x9" pan; I use frozen corn instead of canned corn, which I don't like much. Sometimes I use French Onion Dip instead of sour cream.)
