Army Spc. Robert L. DuSang  Died June 30, 2004 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom  24, of Mandeville, La.; assigned to 1st Squadron, 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Polk, La.; killed June 30 when a tire blew out on the 5-ton vehicle in which he was riding and the vehicle overturned.

Army SSG. Ahmed Altaie, 41, of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Recovered February 25, 2012, serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Assigned to Provincial Reconstruction Team, Divisional Training Center, Special Troops Bn, 4th Inf Div, Fort Hood, Texas. Died somewhere in Iraq after being kidnapped in Baghdad on Oct. 23, 2006. He was declared "missing - captured" on Dec. 11, 2006. His remains were positively identified on Feb. 25, 2012.
