puddle cookies - (5 ingred. gluten & dairy free) (makes 9 giant cookies): 1 1/2 c roasted, chopped nuts 2 c conf. sugar 1/3 c cocoa powder 1 t vanilla extract 2 egg whites *Stir all ingred. together. Spoon into 2 tbsp piles on baking trays lined with baking paper. Leave space to spread. Bake 320 for 12-15 minutes until they puff up and crack on top.
