Blackened Tilapia, Directions: 1. Heat grill on high 5 minutes. 2. Combine all seasonings in a bowl. 3. Dip dried off fillets in olive oil to coat. 4. Dip fillets into bowl with seasonings on both sides. 5. Place fillets on mesh grill sheet or foil. Grill 2 minutes on each side or until the fish is flaky. 6.
