Makes 2 - 4 boneless chicken breast, 1/2 a bell pepper, 1/2 a red onion, 2 Roma tomatoes, 2 cups of chedder cheese, 2 TBS of sour cream, 2 packages croissants - 16 count. Chop and cook chicken in skillet, dice vegetables. Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Unroll a package of croissant on stone, make desired shape and press flat all seams. Cut slits along two sides. Lay ingredients inside and pull the slits to cover top. Bake at 350 for 20min.
