Sweet Potato Biscuits - Bon Appétit GFSweet Potato Biscuits - Okay, these were fabulouso! Just substituted Earth Balance Soy free/dairy free butter for real butter & coconut milk tsp lemon juice for buttermilk. I could've eaten the whole batch!
2 cups Bisquick, 1/2 cup sour cream (cut it into Bisquick), 1/2 cup 7up and 1/4 cup butter to pour on top. Roll to fit a 9x11 pan. Cut out 12 biscuits and place them in pan. Pour the butter on top before baking!.... So easy and so good!
