The ONLY Biscuit Recipe You'll Need:  2 C Pioneer Buttermilk Biscuit & Baking Mix [Walmart], 1/2 C 7up or Sprite, 1 C sour cream 1/2 stick melted butter.  Using a pastry blender or like me, by hand: mix baking mix, sour cream and 7up. Don't over-mix or dough will be tough. Roll out on floured surface. Cut out with a drinking glass (or a fancy biscuit cutter). Dip in melted butter. Place on baking sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 20 min or til golden.
