"A Cozy Corner" (1884) by Francis Davis Millet (1846-1912), an American painter and writer who died in the sinking of the RMS Titanic in 1912. He was close friends with Augustus Saint-Gaudens, Mark Twain and John Singer Sargent, who often used Millet's daughter Kate as a model, as well as the esteemed Huxley family.
