Spicy Glazed Pork Chops.  Slightly altered recipe to include sauteed red onion splashed with Marsala wine. Sautee onions in bacon fat,  sprinkle with salt and pepper,  then deglaze with  Marsala wine. Remove onions from pan, place in baking dish.  Cook pork chops per directions,  and then place over onions to bake for no more than 5 minutes.
