The Royal pastry is the absolute perfect little pastry for me. Light and fluffy chocolate mousse covered with a layer of dark chocolate and a nice white chocolate decoration on top. But what gets me are the cookie parts on the bottom – there are two layers . There is basically a flaky almond praline layer and an almond biscuit layer. So you feel like you’re eating something almost like a Nutella truffle crispy wafer with soft chocolate mousse on top. _C’est La Vie_
