I will never eat hot dogs any other way. 8 hot dogs 1/4 cup ketchup 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp vegetable oil With a small, sharp knife, make cuts at an angle in 2 rows down each hot dog, about 1/2 inch apart, cutting partway into the hot dog. The cuts should look like rounded half circles. Mix the ketchup with the Worcestershire sauce, oil and garlic. Pour into a large ziplock bag, add hot dogs and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Grilled Salmon II | "This recipe is fantastic. I've been converted from a non-salmon eater to a big salmon fan because of this recipe. I've always been turned off by what I thought to be the strong fishy taste of salmon, but this marinade had me licking my plate clean."
I have tried TONS and a TON of chicken marinade recipes over the years and this one is HANDS DOWN the best one I've EVER had! Thank you for this! I will use this often this summer! I used it on boneless chicken breasts, grilled them, sliced them and used them on an Asian Chicken Salad. But I am telling you I ate a bunch of the meat before it even met my salad it was so good!!! In this photo the meat looks dry for some reason but they were moist and perfect when we made them!
Pineapple chicken! 1 cup juice from canned pineapples 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup soy sauce I cut 5 chicken thighs into cubes, dipped them in beaten egg, shook them in bread crumbs and baked in oven at 350 for 45 mins then poured the pinapple soy sauce mix over and added pineapple chunks and baked for another 15 mins. Had on rice was AMAZING!
