A modest headstone in the cemetery St. Mary’s Church, Northchurch, Hertfordshire, simply inscribed “Peter the Wild Boy – 1785″ has been granted Grade II listing, marking it as a monument of special historic interest. The gravestone is in good condition, but it’s the man who is buried under it who makes it historically significant.
Dean Incent's house, established by John Incent, stands on Berkhamsted High Street, Berkhamsted, England & is a two-storey building. The house was built sometime in the 16th Century in the half-timbered style typical of the period with plaster infilling. The ground floor & oversailed first floor have leaded casement windows flush with the plaster. The interior of the house has original exposed timber framing & extensive remains of wall paintings can also be seen
