Mona Lisa (also known as La Gioconda or La Joconde, or Portrait of Lisa Gherardini, wife of Francesco del Giocondo) is a portrait by the Italian artist Leonardo da Vinci. It is a painting in oil on a poplar panel, completed circa 1503–1519. Property of the French State, it is on permanent display at the Musée du Louvre in Paris.

St. Peter's Basilica, Vatican City, ItalyThis bronze canopy, built in 1633 is the world’s largest bronze structure in the world at 26 metres tall. The four twisted columns are replica of those from the Temple of Solomon, and believed to have been leant on by Jesus Christ. The metal was stripped from Pantheon’s dome. The ceiling of the canopy has an image of the Holy Spirit. Under the canopy is an altar only to be used by the Pope.
