Pastiera napoletana is my favorite cake in the whole world and every year I wait for Easter to eat some and feel happy inside. The recipe I use for my pastiere is 100% neapolitan and it was given to me by Livio's mum and it was given to her by Livio's grandma a beautiful lady named Bianca.
