Hill of Uisneach...believed to beat the geographic center of Ireland. Some say you can see 20 of the 32 counties on a clear day. Ritual fires could be seen for miles and would signal other fires to be lit.

Hill Of Tara, Co. Meath .It contains a number of ancient monuments, and was the seat of the High King of Ireland. Also to be seen is The Lia Fáil (The Stone of Destiny) which was used as a coronation stone by the High Kings.
