#день10 из #14днейбезсахара ! Пару деньков назад приехали мои "помощники" - гречневый мед и натуральное арахисовое масло, что в совместном сочетании соленого и сладкого дают офигительный вкус😋🐽Тяжелее всего было первую неделю, сейчас - привыкла что ли. P.s. В том же меде и арах. масле очень много калорий и жиров, поэтому с этими вкусняхами нужно быть осторожным, но в небольшом количестве утром они пойдут только на пользу☺️ а у вас как дела, кто подхватил эстафету?) #thewonderplaner #sport…
