High Protein Peanut Butter Apricot Energy Bars 1 c. peanut butter or almond butter, 1 c. honey, 1 c. old fashioned oatmeal, 1 c. diced apricots, 1 c. sliced almonds, 3 scoops protein powder, cinnamon to taste. Heat honey & PB on stove on medium heat until texture is runny. Mix in everything else. Stir until well coated. Grease a 9x9 pan with fat free non-stick spray. Press in ingredients evenly. Cool in fridge for at least 45 minutes. Slice & wrap individual bars in foil or plastic wrap.
