Key Lime Pie Added 1/2 c chopped macadamia nuts to crust. Squeezed key limes in garlic press after microwaving 40 sec to soften - used ~14 key limes. I also added ~ 1 1/2 T lime zest to filling. I also added a thin layer of creme fraiche mixed with 1 T powdered sugar after pie cooled, then garnish with whipped cream and lime zest.
