My Sister's Kitchen: Tortellini Salad with Asparagus and Fresh Basil Vinaigrette. didn use fresh lemon juice, didnt use the whole shallot, forgot the garlic, would cut the asparagus smaller, and didnt do the pine nuts.
My Garlic Parmesan asparagus and sweet peppers. Asparagus, sweet pps, garlic, salt/pepper, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella topping. Bake at 375 for 20 mins...delish! Can also drizzle some balsamic vinegarette when serving.
