Your mind is like playdough. Talk to the students about how their brain can be changed and be molded by their thoughts. More negative thoughts creates more negative feelings. The more positive thoughts creates more postive feelings. Have the students shape their playdough into brains, use a toothpick to make the lines and grooves.
