Healthy Crock Pot Quinoa Oatmeal

Crockpot Quinoa Oatmeal - A healthy and easy breakfast made with steel cut oats, quinoa, honey, and vanilla extract!

3 potatoes, 1/2 c. chicken broth, 1 c. milk, shredded cheese, onion slices, 1/4 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp paprika 400 degrees, pierce potatoes, bake 1 hr 25 min, cut in half, scoop out centers. Mix all ingredients, put back in shells, add cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes.

Twice-Baked Potatoes - weight watchers. Only 88 calories each. I guess if I'm going to eat a potato 88 calories isn't to bad!
