Melting Pot Green Goddess Dip -- Very similar to the restaurant version, if not 100% spot on. My boyfriend really enjoyed this, if I make it again I will cut the recipe in half because it made way too much for just the two of us.
Green Goddess from the Melting Pot Ingredients: 3/4 cup cubed softened cream cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives 2 tablespoons minced white onion Instructions: Whisk the cream cheese, milk, sour cream, parsley, chives and onion in a bowl until combined. You may also beat with an electric mixer or a hand-held mixer for 1 to 2 minutes. Chill, covered until serving time.
Melting Pots Gorgonzola dipping sauce. This is the best thing ever. I put it on every meat I can get my hands on plus fill the mushroom caps with it. I first mix it with the terriyaki though. There is NO better sauce.
