This is in Spanish but what's wrong abt a nice good butt workout?

I tried this workout today. I liked it a lot. I did 3 sets, with 15 pound dumbbells. I'm building up to more weight because I had a break from lifting weights. But I definitely recommend this workout. I added 1 minute planks to it though.
