In the northern coast of Peru there is a beautiful, yet little known beach where old nineteenth-century houses and intrepid surfers bend nicely. Come with me in an adventure trip to this place. Read more at: http://paintplayandtravel.com/pacasmayo-beach/

El Muelle Barranco, Lima, Peru If you are looking for a cheap place for seafood in Lima this is a fantastic option, the conchas negras or black shells are great, the ceviche is not pretty good, and the service and location excellent. Some of the best things you can order here are: conchitas a la parmesana, ceviche, conchas negras, arroz con mariscos, jalea, chicharron mixto and of course nice home made chicha morada.

I arrived, and my initial thoughts were that I was going to die in the jungle and have to dig my own grave as my first stop was deep in the Amazon jungle, with only me and a guy named Wellington (actual!!) who wandered around with a gun. I didn't die there, which was nice. I ended up going to the most amazing places and meeting awesome folk. So much happened, I wouldn't even know where to start.. but 7…

This was an unexpected surprise during our Peru adventure. Off the bat, yes it is pricey, but we did one-way which helps the with cost if needed (we did dinner). The train leaves directly from the Machu Picchu train station, which is nice and makes the experience a little easier. There is only one train a day to Cusco. The first class service starts at the door when you walk into the train station lobby; wet clothes to wash hands, free cocktails and other drinks, many comfortable places to…

This is a very short compilation of my recent trip to Peru. Shot handheld on GH4 with the 12-35 f2.8 panasonic lens. Ultra light travel setup ;) We started out in Lima, nice city to spend a couple of days. After 2 days in the city a quick daytrip to Paracas and Ica (huacachina sandboarding is well worth the trip). Next stop: Cusco! The hub to go to Machu Picchu. Lots to do over there, and some great places to eat. Tip for Cusco: Blu Lime seafood house. Since we had plenty of time in ...
