Gingerbread mugcake: 1/2C oat flour, 1/2C liquid egg whites (3 egg whites), 2T applesauce, 2T Greek yogurt, 1T coconut flour, 1t vanilla extract, 1/2t baking powder, 1t stevia, 3/8t ginger, 3/8t cinnamon & 1/8-1/4t each nutmeg allspice, and cloves. Mix & pour batter in a bowl sprayed w/coconut oil. Microwave for 2:45-3:15mins. Flip on a plate & top w/Caramel cinnamon glaze: mix 1T cinnamon swirl whey, 1/8t cinnamon, 2-3T syrup
