Pesto orecchiette with chicken sausage: Cook the pasta adding the 1/2# gr beans cut into 1-in pieces and 1 c frozen peas w 3 min left, keep 1 c of cooking water, drain pasta and veggies and return to pot. Meanwhile cook 8oz sausage in skillet in olive oil. Add sausage, 1/3 c pesto, 1/2 c parmesan, 1/2 c cooking water to pasta and veggies, toss together and serve

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1 cup teriyaki marinade sauce 1/2 pound bacon 2 tablespoons butter 1 small onion, cut into long slices 1 small green bell pepper, cut into thin strips 1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped 4 slices mozzarella cheese --- One of my favorite comfort foods- and this is a great recipe for it!
