Self Rising Yellow cake 2 1/4 Cups Carib self rising flour 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1 1/2 Cups shortening 2 large eggs 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 Cup milk Preheat oven to 180C (350F). Beat together shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.Beat in the vanilla. Add the flour alternately with the  milk beginning and ending with Carib isle Self Rising Flour, mixing just to combine after each addition.
