The Divine Lorraine Hotel Philadelphia,PA. A lifetime ago. The building was closed in 1999 and sold in 2000 by the International Peace Mission. In May 2006 it was resold to Lorraine Hotel LP. to be converted into apartments. Development has stalled however, and the building remains in a dilapidated state, covered with graffiti, with windows boarded up or open to the weather.
The Tyersall House, also known as Istana Woodneuk, abandoned in Singapore. Built by William Napier in 1854. Sultan Abu Bakar of Johor was given the estate in exchange for his land at Telok Blangah. He had the house re-built in 1892. Part of this building was lost to arson recently.
