I put two pounds of raw ground beef in the crockpot with one 14 oz can of tomato sauce, a little salt and pepper, and a generous amount of cumin.  I cook it on high for 2 hours and then on low for 3-4.  I add a little evoo at the beginning and occasionally add 1/2 c of water while it cooks.  The meat is extremely fine and it's delicious.  Even with the four of us, we always have leftover meat, approx. 1 or 2…
