Creamy Spinach Tomato Tortellini - Oh my yum. So good. I used 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of whole milk instead of half-and-half. Used the tri-color tortellini from Sam's Club....but I don't like the green spinach one so I won't be buying that again.
