Breakfast - Greek yogurt with honey, some berries & all bran cereal  Lunch - salmon, spaghetti squash, roasted onions & bell peppers Snacks - apple & almond butter; orange & almonds; kiwi & hard boiled egg   Extra snacks - made 2 extra hard boiled eggs to keep in the fridge :)
