These buyers sold their old house with me so we could buy without a contingency in a hot area of town.  Almost lost this one after only 2 days on the market.

Terrific family as sellers.  They needed out of this place to reunite their family.  We kept making adjustments inside to make it more appealing to buyers.  Once they did two things they were reluctant to do, it sold!
