Lasagna Cupcakes, from Food Network, Ingredients: 1/2 pound of Ground Turkey- season with Fennel, Garlic Salt, & Italian Seasoning 1 cup of Ricotta Mozzarella cheese as much as you like Jar of your favorite red sauce Wonton Wrappers In cupcake pan place 2 wonton wrappers as the base, lay cooked ground turkey & add bit of sauce, add 1 wrapper, lay down Ricotta & Mozzarella, top with 1 wrapper add more red sauce & top w/ Mozzarella. Bake @ 350 until Wonton wrappers are golden.
