GARLIC CHICKEN 6 boneless chicken breasts 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons pepper 10 cloves garlic, unpeeled* Directions: Mix the seasonings; rub all over the chicken. Cover the chicken with garlic cloves. Cook on LOW 6 hours or until the chicken is done in slow cooker. You can add other flavors, seasonings, spices, this is my base sometimes I use curry, jerk spice to change it up a bit.
IP - PITA BREAD - Beat 2 egg whites till mixed add 1 teaspoon baking powder and 2 oz of water (add a packet of Truvia or Splenda if you like a bit of sweetness) mix in your IP soup packet (any flavor) spray your non-stick pan with Pam or wipe w/ olive oil spread onto pan with a spatula to flatten cook 20 minutes at 325 (adjust for altitude) Let cool and spread on your favorite Walden farms dressing or seasonings add vegetables of choice, enjoy the whole pita!
